Welcome to PawBurrow. We want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to make it right. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
We cannot accept returns of:
(1).Personalized or custom-made items
(2).Perishable or consumable goods (e.g., opened pet food, treats)
(3).Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
2.Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for:
(1).Size or color issues
(2).Defective or damaged items
If you’d like an exchange, contact our support team before returning your product to ensure stock availability.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
(1).Contact us within 7 days of delivery
(2).Provide order number and photos showing the issue
(3).We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund without extra cost

2.Our team will provide instructions and the return address.
3.Ship your item using a trackable service.
Please note: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
1.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
2.Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3.Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:
